Appointment and Cancellation Policy
To best serve our guests and staff, we require a minimum 24-hour notice via telephone to cancel or change any appointment. Cancelations on short notice prohibit others guests to fill that spot and leave your stylist without work. To ensure our cancelation policy is upheld, we require a credit card to book any appointment. Cancelations made with less than a 24-hour notice may be subject to a charge of 50% of the booked appointment value. We thank you in advance for respecting our policy.
Guests that arrive more than 10 minuets after the booked appointment time may be asked to reschedule. When possible, we will do our best to alter your service/s so that we can still offer you an appointment upon your arrival.
We are a child friendly salon, but we do ask that children remain accompanied by an adult when not receiving services to guarantee their safety, remain respectful to our salon atmosphere and the other relaxing guests.
Only registered service animals are allowed in the salon.
Guest satisfaction is important to us! If you have questions or concerns about a service you are getting, or have received, please do not hesitate to reach out to us at email@example.com or 573-634-7476. Monetary refunds will not be made for hair services rendered, however, we will happily make adjustments to the original service! Requests for haircut or hair color adjustments must be made within 7 days of the original appointment; most corrective color processes require multiple visits, because of this color adjustments do not apply to corrective color appointments.
Our Lounge is a place where many come to relax and recharge while your color is processing or you are receiving a luxury shampoo or treatment. Please be mindful of other guests' space. While you are certainly welcome to engage in quiet conversation, please refrain from loud talking or using speaker phones. We also ask that you silence all cell phones and tablets and enjoy the serenity and experience of our lounge.
Gift cards do not expire. They cannot be returned or redeemable for cash. We are not responsible for stolen or lost gift cards.
Returns on products within 30 days of purchase will be given store credit only - No cash refunds.
